The screen flashes momentarily when the power is on.
1. Press the enter key to enter into time adjustment mode, the default setting on display is 08h
(1). Press once to decrease the time by 1 hour and the minimum time is up to 1 hour.
(2). Press once to increase the time by 1 hour and the maximum is up to 60 hours. Time display will automatically decrease. It will power off automatically when turning to zero.
2. Press the fouth key at the left side to switch to the temperature adjustment mode, the default setting on screen is 40 ¡æ.
(1). Press the minus key once, the temperature will go down by 1 ¡æ with the lowest setting up to 25 ¡æ.
(2). Press the plus key once, the temperature will go up by 1 ¡æ with the maximum setting up to 60 ¡æ.
Put the 1000ml milk directly into the yogurt maker, then add a little of yogurt (or probiotics), adjust the temperature to 45 degrees, and the savoury, delicious, pure and fresh yogurt will be made in 5-14 hours (corresponding room temperature: 25 - 5 degrees above zero).
1. How to tell yogurt has been done?
The yogurt is well made when the container is slowly tilted and the surface was thick or condensed into a shape of Tofu pudding.
2. The below circumstances signify that there will be difficulty in making the yogurt.
(1). The milk is with too much residual antibiotics which can inhibit the breeding of beneficial bacteria.
(2). The milk is not fresh or improper stored after purchasing, which results in breeding bacteria and hindering the normal fermentation of yogurt.
(3). Too short fermentation time.
